Old Bombs New Blooms and Gravel Bikes

Next date to be annouced soon, a free gravel metric ride in the hills surrounding Avon Park. Join SCORR and the Highlands Pedalers on our first edition of this unsupported, GPS only, ride on the Clay and Gravel roads surrounding Avon Park. The orange groves should be in full bloom. You will be riding in the middle of them. The route is 64 miles long and has 1400 feet of climbing. There are two refueling opportunities at mile 26 and 43. You are on your own, you are on your own: NO support, NO sag, NOt skinny tire friendly, mostly off-road biking.
